- If you lose your RFID card, you can block it immediately yourself and apply for a new one at the same time.
Download the ewz mobil app (iOS App Store and Google Play Store).
Create a personal account by registering.
Save your credit card.
You will receive your RFID charging card within one working week.
Make sure that you are registered in the app and enter the ID of your private ewz charging station.

Just start the charging process using the ewz mobil app or the RFID card. Whether at home or on the go, you identify yourself for charging in exactly the same way.
Billing is handled by swisscharge.ch (in German).
These prices apply for charging at home (‘My charging station’) and only for charging stations operated by ewz.

Subscription: Basic fee for the charging station
- CHF 9.90* per month incl. VAT
- Minimum contract period: none
- Notice period: at any time in the ewz mobil app. Following cancellation, your subscription will continue until the end of the current subscription period.

- On the go: each charge is billed individually based on the local operator’s prices
Charging price in the ewz supply area
The ewz mobil app gives you access to an extensive network of public charging stations for your electric vehicle throughout Switzerland and Europe. You can find an overview of all available charging stations on the map at ewz.ch or within the app.
