1. Open the ewz mobil app and log in
Open the ewz mobil app and log in with your valid account.
If you do not yet have a valid account, please create one.
2. Select ‘Enter ID’
To link the charging station to your account, select the ‘Enter ID’ option from the navigation bar at the bottom.
3. Enter the charging station number
Your personal charging station number can be found on the sticker on the charging station. Enter it in the app and confirm by clicking on ‘Enter’.
Note:
If the system doesn't find your charging station, try again using only the last five characters of the ID. If this still doesn’t work, scroll to the bottom and request activation using the contact form.
4. Enter the PIN ‘8000’
Enter your ewz PIN and confirm by clicking on ‘Enter’.
The ewz PIN is 8000
5. Activate the subscription
The app will now show you the subscription that you need to activate in order to use this charging station. Activate the subscription by clicking on ‘Activate subscription’.
6. Confirm activation
Confirm the activation of your charging station by clicking on ‘Confirm’
7. Charge your electric car
Your charging station is now linked and you can charge your electric car.
If activation using the charging station number and PIN doesn't work, you can let us know using the form. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
