At the same time, the proportion of tenants in the Zurich area is particularly high. Renters have to rely on others to provide infrastructure for their electromobility. That's why the rental model for e-charging stations stands out as a particularly flexible way to increase the appeal of your apartment building.
For apartment buildings and rental properties we use AC charging stations delivering up to 22 kW. These provide enough to fully charge the battery of a typical electric vehicle overnight. Thanks to intelligent load management, the building supply is usually sufficient for this.
ewz.ladelösung Miete offers the greatest possible flexibility at all levels and is also a fully-fledged, convenient charging solution for your tenants. We handle all the implementation for you from level C1 onwards.
The one-off activation fee for the charging station and the monthly rental are paid by the end users. This includes reliable, consumption and user-based billing for eMob meters with a mobile app or RFID charging card, as well as service and support for the rental charging stations.

There must be suitable basic infrastructure in place before a rental charging solution can be set up. This requires standard C1 of the SIA 2060 information sheet from the Swiss Association of Engineers and Architects.
This corresponds to extending the power supply line up to within three metres of the planned location of the charging station with load management. ewz ribbon cables and a stable internet connection are also required.
If necessary, we will be happy to take care of standard C2, i.e. the electrical supply line to the individual parking spaces, as well as the final standard D for you.
We carry out an an in-depth property analysis to check the technical requirements. In the installation consultation we work with you to determine the feasibility, workload and costs.
We take care of the complete installation of the wall boxes from standard C1 onwards. This also includes operating the wall boxes and making sure they work properly.
Your tenants rent the wall boxes, we take care of the billing, maintenance, technical support and, if necessary, troubleshooting and repairs.
