ewz pays for the fed-in electricity from renewable energy sources. This also applies to plug & play solar panels.
- If you do not have a smart meter installed, you will receive an annual flat-rate rebate until the planned smart meter rollout. The amounts are as follows for power ratings of:
- up to 450 watts: CHF 17
- more than 450 watts up to 600 watts: CHF 23
- Early installation of a smart meter outside the scheduled rollout period is not possible.
- The certificate of origin is not remunerated as it cannot be issued for plug & play solar panels.
