ewz pays for the fed-in electricity from renewable energy sources. This also applies to plug & play solar panels.
- If no smart meter is connected, you will receive an annual flat-rate payment until the scheduled smart meter rollout. This will be paid for the first time in 2026, retroactively for the years 2024 and 2025. The amount and registration of the flat rate will be communicated at a later date.
- Early installation of a smart meter outside the scheduled rollout period is not possible.
- The certificate of origin is not remunerated as it cannot be issued for plug & play solar panels.
