• Click on ‘Buy tickets’ at the top right. You'll need to log in to your customer portal account so we can identify you as a customer. To do this, you’ll need access to ‘My account’ (in German) with the city of Zurich and your ewz customer number. You can find this on your ewz electricity bill, for example.
• After logging in, you can access the ZSC online store via ‘Customer benefits’ and buy the tickets you need online with a 20% discount.
